Training Needs Analysis (Gap Analysis): As part of our process an essential requirement understands the training needs of our customers’ staff. To this end we can develop a series of questionnaires that can identify the areas of weakness within a workforce that need reinforcement by a targeted training program.
Training Course Development: Once the Gap Analysis has been conducted our course developers will design courses that fit each group and the necessary material to deliver the training program.
Continuous Improvement Process: As part of our Training Service, we provide a continuous improvement process that can be used to revisit the impact of the training program at an agreed later date. This allows the customer to assess whether their staff have retained the necessary information and provide further opportunity to review the effectiveness of the course.
